Terms of Service and Conditions

Studio Vinni is the company that runs this website. The phrases "we," "us," and "our" refer to Studio Vinni throughout the website. You, the user, are granted access to this website by Studio Vinni, along with all of its content, resources, and tools, provided that you agree to all of the terms, conditions, guidelines, and notices found here

You agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (referred to as the "Terms of Service," "Terms," and "the Rental Agreement"), as well as any additional terms and conditions and policies that are available by hyperlink or referenced herein, by using any part of www.studiovinni.com or by making a purchase from us. All users of the site, including without limitation browser users, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or content producers, are subject to the terms and conditions of service.

We reserve the right to alter and add our hire terms and conditions as required. Any published modifications will take effect right away. It is the "renter's" responsibility to make sure they are aware of the most recent terms and conditions that have been posted on our website.

Any order you place with us automatically binds you to the terms and conditions listed below.

Section 1: Basic Rental Rules & Agreement

The legally binding contract agreed to when you purchase a rental with us is the Studio Vinni Rental Agreement/ Terms of Service as outlined on this page.

Under the following terms and conditions, we, Studio Vinni, rent out our garment(s) to the renter, who is also specified on this agreement, for a predetermined amount of time as shown in the invoice/rental confirmation or contract.

It's highly recommended to fit on the garment in person rather than renting online. There will be no refunds if the client chose to not fit the garment in person.

When you rent from Studio Vinni, you are purchasing the right to wear one of our gorgeous garments during the agreed rental period, this is stated both on your confirmation email/message and in our system. Only you, the renter who's details were provided during booking is legally allowed to wear the rented garment.

We do not accept phone calls for reservation and any concern/s, we require communication through social media platforms for documentation purposes.

We agree to deliver the garment ordered including the specified size, color and design, on the date that you have requested, and have it available for pick up at our Studio Vinni showroom

You, the renter, must supply the following information in order to make a reservation with us: your legal full name, a valid phone number, your complete address, a legitimate Facebook, Instagram, or Tiktok account, and an email address. We won't accept overseas information or shaky social media profiles. To continue, additional identification is also required (Primary IDs are provided here: https://governmentph.com/list-valid-id-in-the-philippines/). We do not accept Secondary IDs.

The garment rental is for a set duration that has been agreed on by both you and us (Studio Vinni). We are not responsible to any mistakes made by you during the reservation. Following the expiry of the agreed rental period, your right to have the item is removed immediately. You agree to return the garment correctly, by the rental expiration date (the last date of your rental period). If the item is not returned by the due date stated in the terms and conditions you will be accountable for late fees/ loss of income or theft.

Studio Vinni is the legal owner of the all rental items at all times, you are simply 'borrowing'. Therefore, all rental items MUST be returned, and on time.

Please keep in mind that since we are a clothing rental company, general wear will be present and our clothes shouldn't be expected to be in brand new condition. However, we recognize that they have to be in wearable condition with little to no damage or discoloration. There will always be an element of wear to these garments. You as a renter has the right to ask questions regarding the garment’s condition. In addition to that, the garment’s condition is stated in the product page of our website. You are responsible on checking this via www.studiovinni.com.

The Renter acknowledges that in any breach of the rules stated in the terms & conditions that Studio Vinni has the ability to seek compensation as further out lined in the full rental agreement.

All prices listed on our site are in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

You are free to leave reviews online, both good and bad (not false review). In order for us to set the record straight, you also consents to us about posting the conversation between you and us online.

If you are under the age of 18, see below rules
a. Your parent or legal guardian must approve this agreement on your behalf and will be held accountable in the event that the terms are broken.
b. Your parent or legal guardian should provide all details necessary to rent or fit our garments.
c. We will only communicate to your parent or legal guardian.

Section 2: Rental Fee

Rental fees are listed on the website in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The full price breakdown is also shown when you select your garment and during the payment process.

When renting, a refundable security deposit is needed. This deposit is kept on file in case the rental items are lost, damaged, or returned after the due date. The entire worth of the rented items will be used to calculate the security deposit amount. The deposit will be refunded in full if the items are returned in the same condition as when they were received. The deposit may be completely or partially forfeited in the event of any damages, missing items, or late returns.

By submitting your order you agree to authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the rental fee.

Rentals cannot be booked or held prior to payment.

Rental fee and security deposit fee are for agreed rental date and time only.

We do not reserved items prior to payment being received.

Section 3: Security Deposit Fee

When renting, a refundable security deposit is needed.

This deposit is kept on file and will cover only the following:

a. In case the rental items has minimal damages.

b. Returned after the due date (1 date late return only). Additional charge will be applied if more than one day of late return and extension fee was not paid immediately.

c. It is highly forbidden for you to change, modify, or add anything to our clothing. This covers making short-term adjustments, pinning, using too much tape, and taking down hanging ribbons. It has to stay in the given state.

Other damages that are not listed above will not be covered by the Security Deposit fee. And if the amount of repair and cleaning are more than the Security Deposit Fee, we are entitled to see compensation from you. See Section 14: Garment Care for full details.

The deposit will be refunded in full if the items are returned in the same condition as when they were received.

Section 4: Rental Date and Time Selection

All renters must follow the guidelines to date selection as described below:

Most of our items can be rented for 24 hours only. However, we have some items that can be rented out for more than 24 hours.

Example below:
August 19 1:00 PM - Pick Up TimE

- item should be picked up this time. In case of delays, the agreed pick up time will not be changed. (see Pick Up and Return Policies for more details.

August 20 1:00 PM - Return Time
- item should be in the studio at this time. In case of delays, additional fee will be charged. (see Pick Up and Return Policies for more details.)

All return dates MUST be working days only. Rental Date and Time are from Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM only. Additional charge will be applied outside this time.

Orders are NOT confirmed unless date selection instructions have been followed.

You can request for an extension (per day) if the garment is not reserved by other clients for the chosen date. Additional fee will be applied for the requested extension.

Section 5: Item Descriptions

Garment condition will be displayed as Brand New, Like New, Lightly Used, Well Used and Heavily Used with the following descriptions:

Brand New: Never Used.
Like New: Used once or twice. As good as New.
Lightly Used: Used with care. May or may not have flaws, if any, are barely noticeable.

Well Used: Has minimal flaws or defects.
Heavily Used: Has obvious signs of use or defects.

No refunds will be offered for renting items if listed as Lightly Used, Well Used and Heavily Used since these have been acknowledged before renting the item. We are more than happy to offer photos of describe imperfections upon request.

Sizing recommendations are based on how the garment actually fits. We are not liable if this description is not entirely accurate for you.

Please keep in mind that since we are a clothing rental company, general wear will be present and our clothes shouldn't be expected to be in brand new condition. However, we recognize that they have to be in wearable condition with little to no damage or discoloration. There will always be an element of wear to these garments. You as a renter has the right to ask questions regarding the garment’s condition. In addition to that, the garment’s condition is stated in the product page of our website. You are responsible on checking this via www.studiovinni.com.

Expected wear & tear for a rental garment includes things such as: tiny rips, tiny loose threads, tiny nicks in the cloth, stitching knicks, and faint or subtle marks. We try our best to include any noteworthy wear and tear in the descriptions of the condition of the item.

Cleaning and repairs are always done to the best of our ability but changes to the garments condition can always occur between booking and your rental. If there are any substantial changes to the garment's condition, we will get in touch with you; otherwise, we will place notes within the garment.

Section 6: Cleaning Procedure

We meticulously clean every item in between rentals and fittings.

We only employ dry cleaning in the most dire situations since we need faster turnaround times than this service can offer.

Garments are machine or hand washed, depending on the garment type or care label.

When necessary, stain removing techniques are also applied.

We also have an on-site steam ironing machine which is used to iron all garments.

Expect minimal stains on your clothing; see Section 5: Item Descriptions for full details.

However as garment condition can change by each rental, this is subject to change. We will aim to notify you of any new non-minor staining to the exterior of garments. However, this is subject to change because the condition of the clothing varies with each rental. If there are any new, non-minor stains on the outside of the clothing, we will try to let you know.

Section 7: Fitting Rules and Agreement

Fitting Schedule: Fitting Hours are from Monday to Saturday 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Additional charge will be applied if beyond this schedule and upon availability only. Your fitting schedule date and time is not confirmed unless fitting fee is paid. You should arrive on time. If you anticipate being late, please let Studio Vinni know at least two hours in advance otherwise your fitting appointment will be canceled. If there is a scheduled fitting, Studio Vinni may or may not be able to accommodate you for 45 minutes.

Fitting Fee: Fitting Fee is PHP100.00 per person. Fitting fee is collected to ensure cleanliness of each dress. Fitting fee is non-refundable for missed fitting appointments such as no shows or late. This fitting fee are collected prior fitting. A decision should be made upon fitting, otherwise, the item will be available for other clients. Fitting Fee is refundable only if your chosen garment is already reserve by another client. We will inform you before your fitting appointment if this will happen.

Companion: Every client can bring one (1) companion only due to our limited space. If the companion wanted to do fitting, fitting fee is required to be paid.

Rescheduling: In case of event cancellation due to typhoon, we will decide this at our own discretion, we offer change of schedule.

CANCELLATIONS, LATE OF ARRIVAL and NO SHOWS: We do not offer refunds for fitting cancellations, late of arrivals and no shows.

Time Limit: Customers are encouraged to limit their time up to 45 minutes per session to accommodate other customers.

Item Limit and Availability: A maximum of 4 colored dresses or 3 if white dresses are chosen are allowed to ensure security and ease of trying on clothes. Any available dress can be fitted, however, we cannot guarantee you will be able to try on any specific garment during fitting as bookings are always prioritized. Many of our garments are booked back to back during event season so please keep this in mind when placing an appointment. To reserve the dress for fitting, additional charge will be applied.

Handle Items with Care: All items should be treated with care. Please avoid makeup stains, perfume sprays, or any damages to the rental garments during fitting. Kindly ensure you're hygienic when trying on dresses. Let's ensure the need for cleanliness and respect for the items being tried on.

No Personal Items: Personal clothing or accessories are not to be left in the studio. Keep your belongings secure while trying on rental items. If any of your personal belongings are lost or damaged, Studio Vinni is not responsible.

Assistance: If you need a different size or item, please ask a staff member for assistance rather than leaving the fitting room unattended.

Alteration: Only minor requests for alterations are accepted by Studio Vinni and only Studio Vinni can do this alterations and there will be an alteration fee. This cannot be subtracted from the security deposit amount and must be paid in advance of the modification. Full payment including rental fee is required if there will be an alteration. For precise measurements and fittings, you must be present in the studio. The renter agrees that once the clothing is shipped out, the dress is now in to their liking. If the renter chose to send online measurements without actually fitting in person and agrees to alter the garment, once shipped out, the renter acknowledges that the size now fits to their liking. There will be no refunds if the client chose to not fit the garment in person and there will be no refunds in case of cancellation.

Inspect Before Trying On: Customers should inspect items for any pre-existing damage before trying them on. If any damage is noticed, notify the staff immediately. If the garment was damaged after fitting, you will be accountable for damage fees. Studio Vinni will reasonably calculate the applicable damage compensation based on a number of factors, including a reasonable inspection of the item, its potential for future rental income, the extent of the damage, the expense of cleaning, replacing, or repairing it, and any future loss of rental income.

The cleaning expenses included in the fitting fee only covers basic cleaning that we are able to successfully do.

In the event that cleaning is necessary to address damages or stains after fitting the garment, you are still responsible for the whole cost of this, even if the cleaning or repairs don't work out. The clothing cannot be considered satisfactorily repaired or cleaned until it can be brought back to its original state. We will decide this at our own discretion; we reserve the right to determine this.

Return Items Properly: After trying on, all items should be handed back to staff in the same condition.

Other Reminder/s:
a. Please bring your strapless bra, waist trimmer/seamless underwear and as much as possible do not wear any make up.
b. Food and Drinks are not allowed inside the studio.
c. Pets are not allowed inside the studio.

Section 8: Reservation Rules and Agreement

Full payment is required to reserve the item/s. Due to high volume of inquiries, all garment/s is/are on first pay basis. First to pay will get the item/s.

Same day reservation and pick up are allowed and considered as rush rental. Rush fee will be applied.

Studio Vinni will provide the calculation based on the your selected rental date and time. You are responsible to double check the final rental date and time.

Please only place a booking if you are happy with a garment. There will be no refunds if the client chose to not fit the garment in person

Section 9: Payment Options

The payment/refund methods offered by Studio Vinni through includes:
a. Cash (reservation and at showroom only)
b. Bank Transfers (BDO, BPI, Security Bank)
c. GCash


Section 10: Modifications

Orders can be modified 24 hours prior to pick up date and time and upon availability only.

We can also change shipping details upon request.

Change of garment is only allowed if the new chosen item is available but there will 50% deduction charge in security deposit fee while rental fee is 100% refundable. You still need to pay the full security deposit fee for the new chosen garment.
a. If a renter changes garments and the new garment is of a higher rental fee, this is required to be paid in order to confirm the modification to the booking.
b. If a renter changes garments to another of a lesser rental fee, the customer will only be refunded (from the rental fee) the difference.

Change of Schedule is allowed but this will incur a fee which is 50% of the security deposit fee and upon availability of the reserved garment.

Section 11: Cancellations

We as a small business want to be fair to both you, the customer, and ourselves through our refund/cancellation policy.

Remember that when you make a reservation, we reserve this item of clothing from other customers so that you can use this to your event. We take the time to clean, prepare the item for shipping, package before your pick up.

Our cancellation policy adheres closely to the standards established by the Consumer Act of the Philippines, as further outlined below.

The rental cost is refundable but not the security deposit if the renter cancels before the event date and the item hasn't been dispatched.

Fifty percent (50%) of the rental cost and the full (100%) security deposit are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs on the day of the event and the item has not been transported. Nevertheless, the full rental price and full deposit fee are non-refundable once the item is already picked up.

Same day reservation and cancellation will incur 50% of the security deposit fee and rental fee is refundable. However, once the item is picked up, both rental fee and deposit fee are NOT refundable.

Fifty percent of the rental cost and security deposit are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs on the day of the event and the item has not been transported. Nevertheless, the rental price and deposit are non-refundable once the item is already picked up.

In case of event cancellation due to typhoon, we will decide this at our own discretion, we offer change of schedule assuming of the following conditions:
a. Garment is not yet picked up from Studio Vinni.
b. You informed us ahead of time (maximum of 2 hours prior pick up).
c. Studio Vinni will remind you about pick up and you confirmed to us that your event is cancelled.

Change of Schedule due to typhoon is free of charge (once only), however, booked garment is upon availability. If the garment is not available on the new confirmed date, you can select other garments.
a. If the new garment is of a higher rental fee, this is required to be paid in order to confirm the modification to the booking.
b. If a renter changes garments to another of a lesser rental fee, there are no refunds.

Refunds & credits are not offered for below scenarios:
a. Change of mind, simply not liking the garment.
b. Choosing to not wear the garment.
c. Fit/sizing related issues.
d. Information on already-prescribed clothing.
e. When rentals have already been shipped or packed for pick up.
f. Flaws which have been described or are within 'expected' rental garment condition.
g. Rentals that arrive late due to courier’s fault.
h. By not fitting the garment but you still make a reservation/order.
i. Custom Sizing made available upon request.
j. Mistakes in confirmed reservation.

Refunds are only given in circumstances where we feel we were at fault; we reserve the right to determine this. We cherish our integrity as a company and put in endless effort to deliver all of our clients lovely rentals.

We do not offer refunds or credits for in the event of a "change of mind,". You assume all risk when renting an item of clothing (online or in-person), whether it fits well or looks good in person. For several of our clothes, we are able to supply additional customer images. Additionally, we are pleased to change orders before they are finished.

We don't give credits or returns for items that you don't wear. Please keep in mind when we finished the tasks necessary (cleaning, steaming, packaging) and when we completed our service for you. This entails keeping the item of clothing unavailable to other clients and taking it out of our inventory.

We do not offer refunds or credits for sizing or fit related issues. We are also pleased to give measurements and talk about how a garment fits and fits in terms of sizing. Please be aware that not every recommendation we provide will fit you perfectly or be totally correct. Before making a reservation, please make sure you compare your measurements to the clothing sizing guide.

We do not offer refunds or credits for listed or acknowledged current state of the garment (See Section 5: Item Description).

We do not offer refunds or credits for the reason of not fitting before making a reservation/order.

We do not offer refunds or credits if you requested to make adjustments in the garment/s.

We do not offer refunds or credits if you made a mistake in a confirmed reservation.

All orders that qualify for a refund but were paid for using store credit cannot be refunded; instead, the store credit will be granted again. The validity of store credit vouchers, or credits, is limited to six months from the date of issuance.

Section 12: Pick Up Rules and Agreement

We highly recommend to pick up the garment/s in person rather than via acquiring a delivery courier to ensure the item quality and cleanliness. You are responsible in checking the quality of the item upon receipt. Once the item is picked up, you agreed that the item is in good condition. No exceptions.

If the you opt to use a pick up courier, see below:
a. Studio Vinni ensures the quality and cleanliness of the item. Studio Vinni is not liable for any late receipt, loss, change of quality or damages caused by the courier once you decide to use a courier service. We do not offer refunds or credits for orders for such scenario.
b. You are responsible to monitor the delivery of the garment from Studio Vinni to your location.
c. Studio Vinni provides a video before shipping out the item to ensure the quality. If change of quality and damages were found after shipping out thru carrier, you are now responsible for any loss, change of quality and damages and will this incur a fee. No exceptions.

d. Shipping fee is shouldered by you. If you are not able to pay the courier and asked for Studio Vinni to shoulder it, there will be an additional P100 pesos on top of the courier's fee.

Pick Up Time are from Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM only. Additional charge will be applied outside this time.

You will receive a reminder from Studio Vinni for your pick update date and time just once.

Late pick up will not change the scheduled and agreed pick up and return date and time.

Changing Pick Up Time to a later time is acceptable only once with a maximum of 2 hours if there will be no impacted booking. This is free of charge.

Early pick up is acceptable only if the items are ready for pick up. In such case, please advise Studio Vinni in advance so we can prepare the garment/s. However, the rental fee and deposit fee will be changed. Additional fee will be applied for the requested extension.

In the event of a disruption to our ability to provide the garment on time, we will contact you in advance.

We provide hangers, clothing covers, and garment plastic with every rental we offer.

Section 13: Concerns upon Receipt

We offer refunds for garments with damages or stains beyond wearability (not prescribed prior pick-up and not caused by the courier), provided that we are notified immediately. The item must be returned unused and within one hour after delivery.

You forfeit your claim to a refund and are deemed to have accepted the item in its condition if you decide to wear it to your event or keep a rental for longer than an hour after receiving it.

If a garment is received in wearable condition but has an unlisted fault that goes beyond what is typical or expected for rental wear, there may be a partial return available. If your clothing arrives with a minor fault or stain that we have not pre-listed, please get in touch with us right away. We will evaluate the circumstances and choose appropriate compensation.

There are no more situations in which rentals that are properly delivered or collected will be reimbursed.

Refunds & credits are not offered for below scenarios
a. Change of mind, simply not liking the garment.
b. Choosing to not wear the garment.
c. Fit/sizing related issues.
d. Information on already-prescribed clothing.
e. When rentals have already been shipped or packed for pick up.
f. Flaws which have been described or are within 'expected' rental garment condition.
g. Rentals that arrive late due to courier’s fault.
h. By not fitting the garment but you still make a reservation/order.
i. Custom Sizing made available upon request.
j. Mistakes in confirmed reservation.

Section 14: Garment Care

You acknowledge that, in the event that problems occur, the name under which the order is placed will be held legally liable for the item. From the time the item is picked up until it is returned to us, you are in charge of it.

If a renter chooses rental dates that encompass their entire vacation, we do permit them to travel with our clothing, even abroad.

You pledge to handle our clothing carefully in order to prevent needless stains, damage, or loss of the item. If any damage or unremovable stains occur during your rental, you will be responsible for them and will be requirement to pay. This covers mischief like theft, fire damage, discoloration, rips, and tears, as well as item loss and irreversible damage that necessitates replacement.

You agree to pay Studio Vinni up to 150% of the retail price if a garment is stolen, irreparable, or beyond repairable as a result of damage experienced during your rental. One aspect of compensation for damaged clothing is paying for any lost earnings from compromised future bookings. This includes other clients who decide they no longer want to rent the item because it has changed in condition. The amount of compensation also covers import taxes, shipping expenses, and any modifications we made. These same expenses will still be needed if the item cannot be replaced.

When damage results in a garment needing to be completely replaced, replacement costs must be paid for in full; depreciation is not taken into account.

It is highly forbidden for renters to change, modify, or add anything to our clothing. This covers making short-term adjustments, pinning, using too much tape, and taking down hanging ribbons. It has to stay in the given state.

Any non-studio Vinni alteration is prohibited. Security Deposit Fee will not be returned if alteration is found.

The cleaning expenses included in the rental price only cover basic cleaning that we are able to successfully do. Certain rentals specify that regular dry cleaning is included in the rental fee. However, there are excess expenses for any more extensive branding or cleaning.

Studio Vinni will reasonably calculate the applicable damage compensation based on a number of factors, including a reasonable inspection of the item, its potential for future rental income, the extent of the damage, the expense of cleaning, replacing, or repairing it, and any future loss of rental income.

In the event that cleaning is necessary to address damages or stains, the renter is still responsible for the whole cost of this, even if the cleaning or repairs don't work out. The clothing cannot be considered satisfactorily repaired or cleaned until it can be brought back to its original state. We will decide this at our own discretion.

We shall demand damage reimbursement if a garment's condition be altered due to damage, but only to the extent that we believe it can still be rented at a reduced price. This frequently happens when we are unable to replace a garment. The extent of the damage, the necessary rental price reduction, and any lost income will all be taken into consideration when determining this sum.

Section 15: Return Rules and Agreement

We highly recommend to return the garment/s in person rather than via acquiring a delivery courier to ensure the item quality and cleanliness.

If you opt to use a return courier, see below:
a. Studio Vinni is not liable for any late receipt, loss, change of quality or damages caused by the courier once you decide to use a courier service. We do not offer refunds or credits for orders for such scenario.
b. You are responsible to monitor the return of the garment to Studio Vinni from your location.
c. If change of quality and damages were found after shipping out thru carrier, you are now responsible for any loss, change of quality and damages and will this incur a fee. No exceptions.

d. Shipping fee is shouldered by you. If you are not able to pay the courier and asked for Studio Vinni to shoulder it, there will be an additional P100 pesos on top of the courier's fee.

Please ensure you return your garment correctly by the date stated on your return card. Return dates are the date the item must be posted by/ dropped back by. We rely heavily on trusting renters to return items in time and correctly. By not doing so you are potentially affecting another renters garment for their special event. Returning your garment on time is equally as important as it arriving on time to you.

The end of your rental period is stated on your return card, booking confirmation & return reminder via social media message. This is typically the next working day following your event.

Return Time is Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM only. Additional charge will be applied outside this time.

Early return is acceptable. However, the rental fee will not be changed.

If the renter did not use the garment due to reasons and the garment is already in renter's possession, the rental fee is not refundable.

Late return will incur to an additional fee of P300 pesos/hr. Renter can request for an extension (per day) if the item is not reserved for the selected date. Additional fee will be applied for the requested extension and should be paid immediately upon request.

We require a full of amount of rental price as late fee for every day past your agreed rental end date AND/ OR compensation for any loss of income caused by this. If you return a garment late and due to this another rental has to be cancelled, you are required to pay compensation to the value of the rental that has had to be cancelled (loss of income).

Late fees also apply to late payments of replacement costs of garments, damage and cleaning compensation. Please read through the return instructions provided carefully.

To reduce waste, renter should return the hanger/s, items, plastic cover/s and garment cover/s. In case of loss or damages, an additional fee will be applied.

Section 16: Cleaning & Repair Fees

It is completely forbidden for you to wash or dry clean our clothing. Upon returning the item, we will examine it and assess the cost of any necessary cleaning.

Most light stains are self-removable and won't cost you anything. We'll check to see whether this is possible. This is referred to as "simple cleaning" and is defined as minor dirtiness or staining that we can remove ourselves. Any additional damage or staining that we are unable to fix or remove will incur additional fees.

You are liable for additional dry cleaning or repair fees if the item is beyond our ability to remove stains or is damaged but may be restored by a dry cleaner or clothing repair facility. These fees are urgent, so you must pay them right away.

Upon determination by our seamstress or dry cleaners, you will receive an invoice by social media message. We reserve the right to choose the location for the repair or dry cleaning. Please be aware that more expensive cleaning costs may be incurred for specialty textiles (such as silks) or for particular types of stains. Since these will need to be cleaned by specialists.

Please be aware that any stains or damages that occurred before to your rental will not be attributed to you; instead, they will be noted and included in the description of the garment's condition.

Section 17: Theft and Unpaid Fees

Please refer to section 10 for more details on damages and how we calculate the appropriate compensation.

In the event that the terms and conditions specified in this rental agreement are broken, Studio Vinni maintains the right to take any action we think appropriate in order to obtain the appropriate compensation, such as legal action and debt collection.

Where additional rental-related fees (such as expert cleaning expenses, late or improperly submitted return fees, repair fees, etc.) are justified. If these fees are not paid by the billed due date, we retain the right to pursue additional measures. Techniques may involve, but are not restricted to, lawsuits, debt collecting companies, arbitration panels, and public naming. The personal information provided at the time of order placement may be subtly utilized to retrieve the item AND/OR obtain reimbursement using the previously mentioned techniques.

Renters are responsible for paying all costs associated with debt collection and/or disputes tribunal applications. Debt collectors will be contacted if an invoice, charge, or returned item is more than five working days overdue or unpaid, if we are unable to get in touch with the renter, or if we are not happy with the response we have gotten. The surcharge for collection fees is non-refundable once it is filed.

We offer installment options for all debts with an added 5% surcharge.

If a customer places a new order after still owing us money. We reserve the right to cancel the new order and not fulfil it. In addition, we reserve the right to deduct the money for the new order from the outstanding debt.

Even in the event that the debt is ultimately settled, customers who fail to pay their obligation by the deadline and are subsequently turned over to our debt collectors forfeit their right to keep the damaged garment. Rental costs do not contribute to outstanding debt (including late fees, replacement costs, repairs, cleaning etc).


Section 18: Social Media

By emailing, tagging, posting publicly by third party, or referencing their photo(s), you grant us permission to publish them on our website, social media accounts, and advertising campaigns.

Additionally, you agree that you will not ask any payment from Studio Vinni once it has been placed on any social media platforms.

After the aforementioned photo is uploaded online, we will not be held responsible for any acts taken by non-Studio Vinni staff. Studio Vinni, however, guarantees that it will only be utilized for promotional purposes.

We shall demand restitution for any remarks made or suggested about our company, our workers, or ourselves in any way that constitutes defamation through social media platforms. This covers deceptive or retaliatory reviews.

Section 19: Limitations of our Liability

Studio Vinni disclaims any obligation to you or any other third party for any unanticipated events or circumstances resulting from inaccurate information provided by the renter, which cause the item to be damaged, delivered late, or lost.

Whether the events were your fault or beyond your control, you are the only one who is accountable for the item while it is rented. If there is any damage or claims made against you as a result of events that occurred during that time, you will bear full responsibility for the associated expenses.

Studio Vinni shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from any defect, either to the renter or to any third party.

Section 20: Our commitment

We take great delight in our clientele and would adore seeing you look stunning in our clothes. We are eager to view your pictures. As a result, we'll work tirelessly to give clients the greatest care and stunning clothing.

When you make a reservation with Studio Vinni, we commit to having the item delivered by the start date of the rental period. We make sure that every item is clean and ready to wear, and that it meets the standard of quality anticipated from a rental garment. Important defects are mentioned in the product pages' condition descriptions, or you will receive notification if the state of the item changes.

Since we are a rental company, kindly remember that our clothing is pre-worn and that some signs of wear are normal.

Section 21: Your Obligations

This rental agreement outlines your responsibilities. Please read it thoroughly.

You are entitled to be more alert and questioning about our garment’s quality.

You are in charge of the garment's condition and once picked up. So please, take care of it.

It is your responsibility as the renter to moreover, not restricted to:
a. Taking care of the garment/s to the best of your ability.
b. Not altering or washing our garments.
c. Return the item of clothing as instructed on your return card, accurately and on time.
d. Pay the compensation as required.

We shall demand restitution for any remarks made or suggested about our company, our workers, or ourselves in any way that constitutes defamation. This covers deceptive or retaliatory reviews.

We shall demand restitution for clients who are judged to have behaved improperly or disrespectfully towards our establishment or employees.

Section 23: Termination of Service

For all reasons, the parties' incurred duties and liabilities will continue after this agreement (the rental period) ends.

These terms of service are in force until either you or we decide to end them. Renters may only end the service or agreement by giving us notice of cancellation before we complete the preparation or before pick up. Please see Section 11 Cancellations for more details.

We may end this rental agreement if, in our sole discretion, you violate any term or provision of it, or if we have reason to believe that you may violate it in the future. In the event that a service is cancelled before it starts, we will reimburse the party less any unpaid balance.

We reserve the right, at any time and for any reason (which we are not required to reveal), to deny service to anyone. This comprises: displaying hostility or disrespect for our employees, acting unfaithfully during a previous engagement, or not making payments on outstanding debt.

Clients who are judged to have behaved improperly or disrespectfully towards our establishment or employees—including willfully ignoring our communications—will be permanently banned from using our services.

Furthermore, we will ban customers who have harmed us or other customers (orders) or who refuse to pay existing obligations, forcing us to hire debt collectors.

For every order, we have the right to ask for more identification. Providing a passport, driver's license, etc., may be part of this. In the event that this data is not supplied upon request, we retain the right to cancel the service.
